Australian author and chef Shannon Bennett. His most well-known position is that of head chef at Melbourne's Rialto Tower's Vue de Monde restaurant. Bennett is the restaurant's creative director at the moment, while the executive chef was formerly employed by the parent firm, Vue Groups.
