Love this multi-level relaxed bar. Particularly the Sky Bar rooftop in the afternoon. Good cocktails and good service. If you’re getting something to eat – get the chips on the side! They were lit!!

Went to L2 for a function last night. The place was understaffed and those who were working were unfriendly and unhelpful. Food was way overpriced. At $30 a head I expected more than the two satay sticks, one pork bao bun and piece of crumbed mushroom. We left after an hour and a half as we couldn’t get any hartender to serve us.

Tuesday 03 May night table booked for two on the balcony. On arrival we got moved to the back corner of the balcony as another booking came in. I did find it funny the booking that got sat was the friends of the duty manager. When we arrived the table was being set up for them. When we asked if there was room for us to sit outside the manager “as I previously said, yes ” in a conasending tone.When our food arrived it was great, however when still waiting on satay squers the manager thought it would be a good idea to see his female friends first with two sets of food one for us and one for them. When the two females on the table said he’s that’s the food they ordered, the duty manager said “I can only give you one as the other one is for another table”. He was more concerened about talking to them and showing off then than doing his job.Place has good food and cocktails but management struggles with customer’s service on our night.

Great vibe. Excellent friendly service especially by the guy who greeted us at the top of the stairs. Pork belly bao bun was delicious and the cocktails were perfect. Great all round.

What a phenomenal experience! Hands down the best food we’ve had in Townsville for years. Eclectic menu, every sauce and garnish was paired to perfection. Cocktails and gin were delicious, nothing generic about the drinks selection. So refreshing to try lots of new things and all of them to absolutely nail it. Spot on!!
