Delicious food and Great servings .The two of us struggled to finish our meal due to the amount of food presented.The Duck was skin crisp and tender to the bone.The Swordfish was cooked to perfection.Salads were absolutely awesome and so fresh.Entree for Two was a very generous serving and fantastic.Service and Conversation with Staff was on Point.Thank you

Had lunch with 2 other friends. We ordered the lunch set menu. Serving the courses took a bit of time but was worth the wait. The pork hock balls were amazing. Duck Pate a bit large as a serving but we loved it. The sorbet we thought came #1 as a desert which was unexpected. We Truely enjoyed will be back again.

Have celebrated two birthdays here and the food, drinks and service has always exceeded expectations. The quality is high, and prices are very reasonable especially if you get the set menu. Have had lamb dishes on both visits, and enjoyed each and every mouthful. Have also had the creme brûlée on both visits, which was to die for. The location on the Brisbane river in exceptional, it really is a special restaurant.

Food was mostly good, love the entrees, main was good but not wow, dessert should be the easy one but cream brûlée was way too sweet and others were just good looking but taste blah….Reason I give 4star is not the food but purely the service. It was very cold, not welcoming, almost a bit awkward. They were either stressed or not well trained.At the end, we were given bill when most people still have half glass of wine, and not ready to leave yet. It was a shocking service for us all. We’ve been coming to Aquitaine for years, used to love it, but after hearing a few friends said they’ll never return, I guess I’ll sadly join them too.

Apparently we ordered 🐌 by accident, it happens. The olive appetiser was very nice, so too the octopus entree. The striploin was exceptional, the duck main was too rare for my liking but that is traditionally how it is prepared. Wonderful table and nice views with lovely wait staff. Will return to explore the menu some more. Very high quality French cuisine.

We went to @aquitainebrasserie and had what seemed like a never ending supply of food 🤪🤤.We had -• Escargots• Duck liver pate• One dozen Champagne and dill foam oysters• Citrus cured Kingfish• 5+ Wagyu steak tartare• Confit duck leg• Sous vide lamb rack• Confit Lamb Shoulder (a massive serving to share for two)• Frites• Port Braised pears• Peach Iced Tea Sorbet 🍨.The food was superb all round but my stand out favourite had to be the kingfish and the duck leg 🤤🤤🤤.With the views facing the Brisbane river and the sky rises on the other side, this place offers some great food, equally great views – perfect to spend with family & friends

Had the boozy lunch, 2 course. Was filling but not too much. The mains we got were amazing, the duck and pork. Mix the elements and the dishes came together beautifully. Also the woman serving us was fantastic. Not stingy with the drinks either. A great place to dine along the river on a sunny Brisbane day
