The wait is fine I guess as it took nearly half an hour for 2 burgers. The staff are nice and efficient. Very welcoming. There’s a lot of choices for everyone even a vegan option. The patty of the burgers I got is a bit soggy and sad but the inside is fine. The chips were warm but still feel like they’re a bit undercooked the onion rings are fine for what you pay for but so far it was an experience. Would come back again.

We got a Betty’s Classic burger as takeaway and halfway through eating it we realised that the patty was basically raw on the inside… not very satisfied or happy with the food that was served.

How can you charge a public holiday surcharge on a Saturday? Today is not a public holiday. When questioned staff I was told it’s because it’s “Easter weekend” . Disappointing.

$96 for a family of 5 with 3 kids under 7. The kids drank tap water. I thought for the price we would get good sized servings. The burgers were ok but chip serving was tiny. And $8 for 5 onion rings!!! Myself and the kids left hungry.

Josh is good but Rhys is the star today. Great service from all staff. Food was fairly solid but a touch too expensive for potion size. Tables and chairs need a detail clean though.
