Came in the restaurant around 9pm last Thursday.-Excellent services and nice ambient.-A wide range of steak choices and wine selections.-Good location-Discounts if you have casino membership card.We really satisfied with the steak and sauces that black hide provided.Thank you for the friendly services from James and other staff, you guys made us a great night for celebration.Total:$300 > $270 after discount

Great restaurant at the casino, customer service was brilliant – welcoming and knowledgeable! My steak was medium rare as requested with the most delicious red wine jus! The oysters (both ways) was beautifully cooked. The dessert was my only let down, too big for one person and quite dry, perhaps if it had a filling inside like a normal profiterole. The wine was superb 🍷everyone at our table enjoyed the food, drinks and atmosphere.

Started with some cocktails from the bar. The bar staff didn’t know how to make a Midori Splice but a quick google gave her the recipe.Scallops for entree were delicious. Then came the mains. An Eye fillet & rib fillet both marble score 5.When the plates were put on the table I was surprised to see the steak cut into strips. I thought that was a no-no to cut steak like that. But that didn’t have any negative effect. The steak was so juicy and tender probably close to the best steak I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot! Only downside was the “roast” potato that came with steaks. The really didn’t taste good almost like they had been reheated.Service was great and overall a great experience

Edit. They have rectified their shortcomings and our next visit exceeded all expectations. They went above and beyond to make our dinner memorable night! Table 54 – 6pm reservation. We were seated for our two hour degustation meal and wine pairing, Never have we had such inattentive service in a restaurant, not enough servers as only 1 in our section running back and forth, we enjoyed the Shiraz that came with the steak so asked for another serve, they came with the wine once we had almost finished our meal. after 2.5 hours from seating we received our desserts. The food was good but spend $600 in a restaurant for a nice experience for two and leave just feeling angry like you’ve wasted your money, food and experience go hand in hand, the matre d did give us a -$50 off card to spend on another visit there, but it expires in two days, an insult is an understatement

The wait staff were very friendly and patient with our group of undecided people. The passionfuit martini was amazing, as was the tomato salad, the grilled zucchini and the onion rings. The steak was good but we’ve had better living in Wyoming cattle country for so long. My husband tried my mothers steak and hers was way better than ours, she had ordered the better wagyu grade with higher level of marbling. So next time maybe we’ll order the steak with more marbling. The presentation of the steak dishes could be better as well and the steak really shouldn’t come already cut up into pieces. Everything else was great though.

Such a relaxing and intimate atmosphere, we visited for a 30th birthday celebration and enjoyed the friendly service. The entree, steaks & cocktails were fabulous, however sad to say the profiterole dessert was the let down of the night. All in all though, a lovely evening!

Great food comes with great services. The kingfish entree is a must get and the steaks I went for seconds. Staff had great knowledge with the choose of wine pair with our food.
