So many delicious sweet options at this patisserie which sits in the heart of Bendigo. Service was a little slow and I don’t know if their system is the most efficient. Totally worth the wait though. The cream filling in my cronut was so tasty and one of the best custard kisses I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend, nothing else like this in Bendigo.

Had the almond croissant from here and it was yummy would definitely come back here if I was in da area. Yeah you got that yummy yummy yummy yummy yummy. That was in my head when I ate the almond croissant ha ha ma man.

Blue bird is irresistible to walk past. The display window alone is enough to make you glance their way haha and then once you start to look you want. You eat with your eyes and my gosh do your eyes get an orgasm. So many flavours, so many choices, sizes for a little nibble or a bigger slice. I love the detail and quality. Every dessert is amazing and the dessert boxes are beautiful! You can choose your own items to fill it with! Oh boy! The outside furniture is inviting and Blue Bird really deliver on quality service and friendly staff. You get what you pay for. This place is not cheap, but if you want cheap then you need to lower your standards and Blue Bird Patisserie has very high quality food.

Had an excellent latte from bluebell this afternoon. Strong and smooth. Not a hint of bitterness. Call me highly impressed. I will definitely visit again.

We bought a $55 chocolate mud cake from here which looked nice on the outside but after trying it it was clear that it had been on display for at least a few days, despite them stating it was “fresh”. The cake was so dry and stale we had to throw most of it away, truly the worst I’ve ever had and a waste of good money.
