I love it…normally. lately with the new staff. I went in today and they charged me an extra 50c for something they didn’t have. Then they forgot about my drink for 10mins. When I got my drink they didn’t even give me the toppings I wanted and a wrong topping too. So I lost a dollar. Which I know isn’t a lot, but it made the taste unpleasant.I love this place, but I believe the manager should train them a bit better

I left a candid review on this business a few days ago giving harsh but honest feed back in hopes that they would step up the consistency of the product they’re selling, as well as their customer service. Today I visited and the owner politely approached me and explained since my feed back what they have changed and how they plan to maintain this in the future. They went on to prepare me an absolutely perfect drink worth every cent, and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming. No business will make no mistakes, the difference is how they recover from them. It takes a lot to take feedback on board use it to step up the quality of the product and these guys have certainly done it. Huge props to these guys. I’ll be back every day as usual!

Tasteless and boring, the guy there just rushed it through and I don’t think he even mixed it up properly. Felt very unwelcome, dunno what his problem was but never going back there again.
