I went to Cactus Jacks yesterday and I recommend it. Good location and decoration. You will definitely feel a good Mexican vibe.The food was delicious! Super tasty and large portions. The mocktails and cocktails are really good. The customer service is impressive! Lucy definitely made our experience super enjoyable. And the chocolate nachos are unforgettable! Loved it ❤️

Went here for our anniversary dinner right on 5 before it got to busy , I had the chimichangas they were awesome I wish I only ordered the beef ones though, wasn’t a fan of the prawn, my partner had steak, reckons it’s the best steak he has had here in Townsville and he has lived here his whole life, cocktails are yummy , staff were friendly and fast, we will be back again with the fam

Was not disappointed. Decent size servings of tasty food, the menu has plenty of options but isnt overwhelming and the service was fast, friendly and attentive. Also liked the vibe and decor. Would recommend this place.

Far too many rude staff. Won’t even make eye contact just to avoid taking an actual order. Asked 3 different staff members to take our order and told ‘we don’t take food orders’ seems like no one there’s does. Owners Clearly don’t care as I’ve seen comments from them on reviews…disgusting coming from a business charging $20 for nachos that wouldn’t even feed a small child…focus on fixing your issues within your business before saying customers are the issues, just some advise

The first hour we had no service , were ignored when we asked someone to come take an entree order. Then we were rushed as they wanted us out by 7pm so made us order at 6.Customer service was horrible with the exception of one waitress who wash helpful when we expressed our disappointment. I am up from Melbourne and love Mexican and May I just say I am very disappointed in the service.Also we ordered multiple margarita jugs – these had little if non alcohol in them. We pooped one shot of tequila in the jug and finally could taste the alcohol and feel it. Won’t be returning.

Far too noisy to actually hold a conversation with the people at your table. Food was cold by the time we got it, after a very long wait, but the place was packed. Don’t expect to see your servers, or be seated quickly
