Came here Sunday 19/06/22 for the High Tea and the service from the male staff member / waiter (I can’t remember his name) was wonderful – friendly and helpful. The High Tea was delicious too, we were so full by the end.Throughout our stay we have also been ordering from the bar (delivery to the poolside upstairs) and the service has been great, albeit a little slow to receive orders.

Took my mum to Coco’s Kitchen + Bar for high tea yesterday. Really easy online booking system. Friendly, quick service. I am pregnant and there were no issues catering to restrictions. Very reasonable pricing for the amount of food that was provided. The setting in the Pullman hotel was also absolutely lovely and clean. Will definitely be back and will highly recomend to others.

I went here last night with my family for a special dinner. We were delighted by the food and service. Our waiter Bau, was incredibly friendly and was very attentive making sure that we had everything we wanted and refilling our waters. The food came quickly and was absolutely delicious. I had a very tasty smoked kangaroo and salad, a perfectly cooked steak and truffle mash, a perfectly sweet chocolate and coffee mousse (chef’s special) and shared a crème brûlée with the table that was as perfect as it gets. All with a watermelon mojito that was very tasty too. I would 100% go here again and recommend this restaurant to anyone for a fancy night out.

Great place for breakfast, located in the foyer of Pullman International Hotel, directly across the road from the Cairns Casino.Full buffet breakfast for $39 or they have al a carte breakfast menu.I had the Full Bug Breakfast which was $26, bacon, sausages, hashbrowns, toast, rocket, avocado, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes. A huge feed.

opted for the al-la-cart breakfast. Only ones seated in that area,no table number given. Ordered breakfast each both having fresh orange juice. Waited a fair while until finally a waitress came up to us and asked if we ordered the cofees in her hand. no was the answer. Off she went. Waiting abit more,we had to be somewhere so finally my partner went to ask where our meals were. The chef was at the greeting/paying desk amongst 4 Front of house staff. Apparently he was out there looking to see where the meals were going as its been ready for awhile and no one was taking it out as there was on table number to go with it. Meals came out and 5 minutes after that’s the orange juice. Meals were nice. Eggs were over cooked due to it being setting there for awhile. Chef must have felt bad for us as he came out again with 4 freshly soft poached eggs. It was a Sunday morning and wasn’t that busy,as I said before everyone else was having the buffet breakfast,so I don’t understand why service was so poor. The 4 stars is for the kitchen alone.2 juices and 2 meals came to $71

Worst dining experience ever!I booked that place for my husband’s bd dinner and I started to feel guilty halfway through that meal. I was at that restaurant 4-5 years ago but I don’t remember it looking like abandoned food court. When we were leaving I noticed other guests using phone torch to read a menue.Service is non existing from the moment we showed up there. We had to wait quite a long time to be seated, 15 minutes wait to order drinks etc My entree was a squid with WILTED rocket leaves and when I pointed them out to a waiter he replied that nobody eats them anyway. My husband ordered medim steak and got a rare one. It is hard to understand that it is the same like giving a well done to someone who ordered a rare one. I ordered a linguine with seafood and got enormous amount of pasta that I’d use at home for at least 4 people, that pasta was lacking even salt! No flavour what so ever. We were planning to order desserts but decided to go to Casino to get them.Save your time and money and go next door to Piccolo. You won’t regret it!
