I ordered 1 regular scoop bubble gum ice cream, mix with a bar flake chocolate and sprinkle 100 &1000 on top, they charged me over 15 dollars, so expensive. Never come back again.

I am really disappointed to give a bad review on this place. Everytime I visit this store to buy smoothie, I realised that the stuff looks like they have no idea how to make it and when I get my smoothie, it taste and looks different like before. I have had enough of ColdRock in Shepparton. I always go in again hoping it turns out good but it’s shitt again. Never ever again, waste of my money.

Lined up for 15-20min, absolutely appalling lack of service. Had 4 staff who looked like they were mostly ignoring the instore customers to do online door dash or menulog orders.Not once did any of the staff acknowledge the long queue, thank us for waiting or tell us they won’t be long. I’m fact they were actively avoiding eye contact as they went about making ice cream after ice cream (when we were at the front of the line by this point).Taught my kids a valuable lesson in how not to run a business.As for the ice cream, overpriced and average but as another review said it hard to go wrong.

LoL’s the creamiest ice cream, the biggest selection of flavours, the most yummies mix ins, my family and I attend it when we have dinner together or when my mum’s have a birthday. Cold Rock is such and amazing treat, and brings back so, so many childhood memories of ice cream with my mum and dad.And the customer service is second to non, the young ice cream wizard’s, are so very welcoming and laugh at my silly sense of humour. So come on come all, families and friends, treat yourself, treat others Cold Rock, will rock your world. LoL’s 🤣

3 times I’ve been and had chocolate sorbet YUMM my 2 companion had different flavours each time. 3 different servers all lovely, just 1 said kiddie cone when the small cone was wanted which wasn’t needed to be said but sometimes things are said because we are used to saying it. Yes all 3 of us are adults but not all adults want a huge serve. Still all in all great service and great icecream and sorbet 🍦
