Cannot praise this place enough!!We consider ourselves Korean BBQ veterans and would say this is one of the best places we have been to!Food: The amount of options is overwhelming! Hot Pot and Bbq?! Sushi, fried chicken, pancake, and much much more, and that’s not to mention the huge selection for desert! 5/5Service: From the moment you walk in till the moment you leave, all the staff are extremely helpful, and very attentive! They actually look like they enjoy working there! Super friendly and extremely helpful!Time: you get 80 minutes, i see a lot of people complaining about this, but it is more than enough time to cook, eat and eat desert! All the Karens leaving reviews because they want to sit for 20 minutes chatting and asking 1000 questions.. the place is busy and cannot waste time on people who want to chat before eating.Price: $50 per person for unlimited food and soft drinks and desert, more than reasonable!5/5 cannot wait to come back!!

I think I stumbled upon Korean BBQ Hotpot heaven. Not only was the food and variety amazing but the staff were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. I will be back.

Food is great but service is average (no smiles). The timing is 80 minutes which does not consider the time to cook your own food on the hot pot, so by time you cook you have little time to eat. So don’t go there if your wanting to dine and relax and enjoy chatting, cos before you know it time is up. Other than that it’s clean & a great change for Townsville.In Cairns they have same restaurants but they don’t have time restrictions so better experience. Cost is too high for restricted time

We went for Saturday lunch, $50 BBQ sitting per person and it was worthy ( it includes unlimited ingredients of Shabu Shabu which is a hot pot soup 🍲 unlimited variety of BBQ ingredients as well as unlimited all you can eat buffet cold and hot food sittings) all meat and vegetables are fresh, very helpful service staff. Just be aware of 10% surcharge of your waste 🗑 food. Do not take ingredients if your not eating it nor overload your plate. personally I agree 👍 💯 to this system.

Awesome concept and a great business for Townsville to have. Really enjoyed the experience. The downside for me was that there were limited gluten free options and seafood options. It would be good to have some fish and prawns to be able to cook. Riley and Hannah were lovely servers and we enjoyed Riley’s animated conversation. All in all a great experience and we will be back.
