The best restaurant. So good we went twice on our stay in Cairns. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by happy, attentive staff. Service was quick and the food was absolutely delicious. If I could give more stars I would. I cannot recommend Copper highly enough.

So good that we came two nights in a row.The chicken wings with blue sauce were outstanding.Pasta with lobster and the tropical bowl were a great paring.The second day we went for steaks and both were cooked perfectly according to our likings. The salad and the dressing were a great side.Recommend and definitely coming back.

Well designed space, comfortable and good vibes.Staff is lovely and super friendly. Lulu took good care of us and we had a delicious dinner.Recommend the Pappardelle Pasta with lobster tail – well made with a creamy silky sauce. With that I had one of their Gin cocktails which was good!Would recommend!

Service and food is outstanding. Staff have a great attitude. They checked to make sure your food was good once delivered. Our T-bone was overcooked for a medium and they took it away and served up a medium cooked one. T-bone was excellent and the pasta with king praws was equally good.Would highly recommend Copper for a meal. Outstanding

Great service, great views and the steak was cooked perfectly. The jerk chicken wings were amazing and had just the right amount of kick, quite hot but you can ask for less heat. The blue cheese sauce was really yummy and not too overpowering. We had the vintage Esspresso Martini as dessert and oh my hod, yum!!! Staff were so friendly worth a visit!

Our short stay in Cairns, we walked pass on Saturday and it was fully booked. So we made sure that we book for Sunday night. Sunday night was also fully booked as I saw one couple was turned away. So my expectations were quite high.Entrée was very underwhelming, all three that we ordered. You can see prawn salad was looking a bit sad. Both salad was not very fresh and not well dressed either, a bit bland. The lamb cutlet, we got one lamb first and we were discussing, why we only have one because it seems to be too little even though it’s an entree. Not long after, anothe piece of lamb cutlet followed in a separate bowl. Not sure if the chef forgot it or for some reasons.We had ribs for main. I found that the sauce was a little too sweet although it was ok. So far, I’m not impressed. The place is well decorated though and staff was friendly.The things that made our night a bit better was Hoegaarden beer (my partner’s favorite) and we couldn’t find it anywhere since Covid in the state we’re from. And top it off with sticky date pudding 🍮 it was yummy and we liked it very much. Hence, 3 stars from our experience.✅️👍To answer the owner, the reason we didn’t raise any concern because it wasn’t that bad regarding food as I expessed that it was okay for me with the taste of food. However, we did leave salad leaves on both plates. We just didn’t say anything.The waitress forgot our drinks twice and we were totally fine with it, even made a joke and laughed with her. It’s human error like you said. I worked in a restaurant before and I can understand why you would like us to raise the issue then. Sometimes when people give feedback, it was taken the wrong way as well and we might be looked at like we’re complaining to get something out of it. We only want to give our honest experience there as we received it. Thank you for your honest reply.

Absolutely delicious food and excellent service. We had the lobster pasta and chicken burger. Topped off with stunning views and weather today. We’ll visit again.
