This was my first visit here and will definitely be my last.😔Spent $21 here for an orange juice, sausage roll & roast chicken sandwich.Sandwich came toasted when I wanted fresh but when I mentioned this to the staff they said they only come toasted & there’s a sign stating that; this was said quite rudely, unfortunately the sign can’t be seen as there was alot of condensation on the window but it doesn’t say only comes toasted😮‍💨They did end up giving me another roast chicken sandwich untoasted so I don’t see why they made an issue about it in the first place.🤔The pastry on the sausage roll was cooked on the outside but raw on the inside as seen in the pics posted, I didn’t bother complaining as I didn’t want to be spoken to rudely again.I’m very disappointed in this cafe😔😔😔

Waited half an hour for coffee which was already paid but was not served so i walked out in disgust. I was given the cold shoulder when i approached them about this issue. They tried to justify their actions. Ciao baby

Ordered 2 toasted sandwiches for dine in, received them in a takeaway container, one sandwich had a big piece of grissel and the other had a very long and sharp bone in it. Workers are very rude. Wouldn’t recommend

I go here every morning before work starts and I get my daily coffee and gluten free caramel slice. Staff are really nice and find time to talk. Place is well priced and I love my coffee art!

This is my first review. This cafe is in the heart of the city. Friendly staff which was helpful. They had really nice food and great variety of stuff. Definitely a stop by place if your walking past. 5/5 for me. FYI, I also went there this morning before work and got a coffee and muffin which was fantastic
