Food was nice and the comer service was good! Just one of the pizzas wasn’t cut and we were missing a garlic bread despite having to go back once for left out items. They did give us a free drink as an apology so we would still order again ☺️

Just called the Albury store to speak to someone that should not be in customer service.Due to Domino’s Wodonga store’s ovens “apparently” all being down.. I called the Albury store to ask if they could deliver to Wodonga to which this man scoffed & said no, no we can’t do that. I had barely finished what I was saying before he rudely interrupted & repeated that no, they can’t deliver to Wodonga.It was a simple question due to an error by the same company.Not happy at all.

1/2 hour late for doughy undercooked pizza and cheese toastie crust that was non-existent. Worst Dominos experience to date !

Asked to simply swap the pizza base sauce for BBQ. The guy who took our order, Brian, put it through, read back to confirm the base change then clocked off his shift. The change wasn’t made and the guy who made it said you should have told me not that guy who just left, we said we definitely asked for it at the beginning so can you please remake and he said if I remake you’ll have to buy it. And wanted to argue and kept saying “I wasn’t there when you ordered it so it’s not my problem” very very poor customer service.

Got 2 pizzas and a shake, pizzas had heaps of topping and the construction was top notch!The shake was nice and thick as well. All around great experience.
