Food was quite lovely and the vibe of the restaurant was quaint and friendly! Would definitely recommend this restaurant to friends for a nice meal as the prices are amazing for what you get. The only thing I would adapt a little is the menu as it would of been helpful for each dish to have a description for what it is. We ordered the rice bowl, and it’s not specified what is actually in it besides the protein you choose with it, so we asked before we ordered. This isn’t really an issue at all but would be a nice convenient addition for customers. Overall good experience comprised of friendly staff, basic but safe Asian fusion food which you can’t go wrong with and a cute decorum. A good night, thanks for the food!

Came with a group of 5 on a Friday night. Did the late sitting from 8pm onwards. The wine and beer lists are great nothing exciting, but the real star here is the food. Everything was immaculately put together the delicious, with the boneless fried chicken being the absolute standout. Highly recommended if you love Korean food, fried chicken, or are just looking for a good feed.

This is a very unusual combination of Korean food in a Tapas form but with a modern twist.It is quite reasonably priced. As you would expect you order plates as you go and when you have had enough you stop. It was tricky to book since it seems to be so popular and while we were there there was a constant stream of take away customers. They are not wanting for customers.The food is absolutely delicious and wonderfully presented. The staff are courteous and helpful. Warning, it would pay to book to avoid disappointment.This place easily gets its five stars.

The food was amazing.. not just the taste but presentation too… we had salmon ceviche, pork,kimchi bao buns, steamed pork dumpling , seaweed salad as entree and for mains I had tofu-eggplant bimbimbap and my husband had spicy chicken rice bowl… and all the dishes were simply amazing. My husband is a chef and is quite picky but here he loved the food. The waitresses were hospitable. I will definitely come back and recommend Donco to friends and family.

Bit of a disappointment after wanting to go here for years.Not the high-end Korean I was expecting, and definitely not worth the amount I was charged.Staff were standing behind the counter/bar all night, didn’t come up to the table at all during the dinner, nor any other table.My partner wanted another drink, so I asked for the drinks menu (Which they gave me) but the staff didn’t come back past till the end while taking plates, and then asked at the very end of the meal if we wanted more drinks?Also, they forgot to add an extra addition we ordered (Bao buns), and the waiter reconfirmed when ordering, then they never arrived. No big deal, but a funny summary of the night.Great place to maybe try once.
