Very pleasantly surprised.It was a last minute decision to head out for dinner on a Sunday night and driftwood popped up on our search. The reviews were generally good so we gave it a try.From the moment we walked in everything exceeded expectation (traditionally caravan park kiosks are pretty average) this is a genuine restaurant with friendly staff and a very warm atmosphere. The service was efficient and the drinks (sangria) and the food (prawns, spaghetti bol, fish of the day, sirloin) were amazing! The menu worked well together and we topped it off with an amazing sticky date pudding.We live locally and feel this will now be frequented often.Great work to the staff and management and thank you for the pleasant experience

Last minute walk-in for lunch on Father’s Day and the place was completely booked out, but they managed to squeeze us in for a table. The restaurant staff was possibly the best/nicest of any other spot I’ve been to on the coast. The food was unreal and came out quick. I can’t believe I’ve been driving past this place for 6 years and have never seen or heard of it. Will be returning regularly from now on. Very impressed.

While staying at the Rivershore Resort, had a few great meals at Driftwood Restaurant. The food is top quality and the staff are friendly and very accommodating. Nice local beers on tap, wine also available.

Was super impressed with the pizza, chips & sticky date pudding we ordered. Also really great to be able to order online with phone and not have to queue up. Just a warning though the place gets very busy and is full of screaming kids so if you’re looking for a quiet dinner this isn’t the place for you lol
