I absolutely loved my time here. I booked well in advance and asked for a table near the tank. Much to my excitement, we were seated near the tank. The meals arrived quickly but there was no pressure to eat hurriedly. The restaurant was helpful when checking to see if a certain dish contained allergens. My only critique would be that the chilled seafood trio bowl had a huge amount of lettuce that wasn’t eaten. The seafood was among the freshest and best I have had. The waiters were also helpful and understanding when I accidentally spilt my drink and broke a glass.

Fantastic location, customer service and delicious coffee!While traversing through Cairns we stopped in here for a hit of caffeine, and boy am I glad we did.This establishment does it well.The staff were friendly and the aquarium wall offers an interesting backdrop and conversation piece for your meal. Dundee’s offers a varied menu to cater to most including meals for children.

Very pretty setting, dining by the open fish tank. Food delicious. Staff nice. Quite pricey but good value. Licensed. Easy ground level access, surrounded by beautiful gardens. Not overly noisy either, so easy to hear! We all enjoyed our meals very much, meats and seafood and deserts

Absolutely fantastic! The staff are incredible and the food is to die for. We had the bugtail & mango salad, soft shell crab and a chocolate cheesecake. Great portion sizes, the food tastes amazing and we got seated in front of the tank as it was our honeymoon! Couldn’t recommend it more a must dining experience.

Interesting location being attached to the aquarium. Decent food and service. Wish there were more tables for 2 closer to the big fish tank.Had a 3 course meal with drink as part of the twilight by aquarium package. Good value for the experience.

The place is definitely built for tourists and we fell into the kangaroo meat trap. The servers were honest with us though and mentioned that typically people don’t eat kangaroo or crocodile meat. We still ended up trying the kangaroo steak and the crocodile rolls.Rolls had minced meat and was not really what we wanted. The kangaroo was better than expected.Tried once, wouldn’t do again. I’d probably buy something else if I’d come to the restaurant.
