What a fantastic restaurant to watch, learn and eat good food. This is a “training” restaurant and there is mistakes no doubt but, it’s to be expected and that’s what makes it fun! Jake our server was a passionate young man with a great personality and the skills to charm anyone ( A++) I was very impressed. Over the years it has been a delight to see students gain confidence when serving meals and drinks and communicating with guests. A thorough knowledge of all aspects of fine dining is gained by the students from the ever watchful and supportive tutors. The innovative menus and beautifully presented dishes are a tribute to the chefs. This is not fast food. It is food that pleases the senses. Our party anticipates many more years of dining at The Epicure.
