Delicious food and great coffee. Great options with a plant based all day breakfast and lunch menu with really amusing names. Located in a newly renovated Fire Station, it has stylish decor and beautiful hanging plants. Reasonably priced. Looking forward to going back.

This café offers an exquisite dining experience. There is an undeniable opulence about the place that is evident as soon as you walk in. When a place even makes the bathroom / toilet feel high end, you know you’re in for an enjoyable time.Which is exactly what you get. The staff are friendly, smartly dressed and attentive. Orders are brought to your table in a timely fashion and it was a shame to tuck into my dish since it looked like a piece of art. The kitchen staff certainly understand that we eat with our eyes just as much as we do our mouths. The food doesn’t disappoint either, my meal was a good size and full of balanced flavours. My coffee ☕ was also pleasant and had a smooth and creamy flavour. The cup it came in was funky too.Faceplant is a delightful vegan friendly café that deserves your time even if you’re not vegan since its food is an absolute pleasure to tuck into.

The food at Faceplate is really yummy. I had a smashed pea with Persian feta roll which had really punchy flavours and delicious bread. The coffee was good too. The pastry I bought was stale though.

Had an excellent experience at Faceplant, the service was friendly and the food was great. Loved the “bread knives” they had there to cut through the sour dough and the vegan feta was delish. Well recommended, we’ll definitely be heading back here.

Very accommodating to my weird family who insisted on taking a photo outside the cafe across the busy street. The owner (I think) noticed and came outside and took our photo – probably saved my uncle’s life.5 stars for delicious food, coffees, gorgeous decor, very friendly customer service and effective traffic control. I will definitely be back (I’ll skip the photo next time if I can manage it).
