Lovely staff and delicious gelato! Lots of exciting flavours to choose from. However, don’t be fooled by the chocolate dipped waffle cone for an extra $1.50!! It is not dipped all the way down as displayed in the window, but instead only a centimetre or two!

I LOVED this place! I had to leave a good review out of respect. The only downside is that they used to sell cups so you could take two scoops to go of different flavor, but now it’s combined into a tray of the same flavor. It’s biodegradable though so that’s cool.

If only you had the vegan sunkissed coconut flavour it would be 5 stars and I would come here every day when I’m in town!! I love Gelatissimo and am so addicted to this flavor! I have spent a fortune at other stores fulfilling my cravings! The others flavours are pretty good too but just don’t compete! I hope you get this flavor again soon so I can come back and enjoy it! Best vegan ice cream ever!EDITED to 5 stars because you now have my favorite flavour and I am very happy! I come to this store every day that I’m in Townsville to feed my addiction lol😊 Thanks so much ❤️

Really friendly ice cream shop in Palmer St food precinct. Innovative modern flavours and really delicious treats in the cabinet. The salted white choc and raspberry gelato and the chunky New York cheesecake gelato were amazing! Can’t wait to try their shakes.

Well it’s Gelato, no actually its great gelato.I always have a triple cone, usually salted caramel, chocolate and cookie dough or some such wickedness… but all the others that I have eaten have been awesome too. Yes I have been many times, even the one in Mackay too…
