My husband and I had the misfortune of having a take away coffee, tea and banana bread from this store today. Not only was the tea ridiculously strong, the tea bag was broken causing every mouthful to be peculiarly unpleasant. The coffee was ordinary at best and the banana bread was was dry, full of hard grit and basically inedible. We waited over 15 minutes for the order and it cost over $15!! The good news, is we never have to visit a Gloria Jeans again…ever! Not recommended.

Coffee flavour is ok. Cold drinks,frappe, iced choc etc with cream… Lovely! Some of the younger staff need some more experience with customer service,a smile wouldn’t hurt… But otherwise not bad to grab a hot/cold beverage

Very rude staff and terrible coffee. I have been there four times. All four times customer service was rude with very poor coffee quality. I would give it a zero if I could. I will never recommend it.

Staff were awful. Extremely rude abrupt right from the moment we entered the store and were choosing our table. They Continued to mess the order up and when kindly asked if it could be corrected, they ignored us. We thought they were correcting the order and waited patiently only to find out they were not. When asked again if we could get a drink they forgot to make, the staff rolled their eyes and and later slammed it on the table. Extremely poor service from both staff and plain rudeness. Management need to address their customer service issues.

👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎The worst experience I’ve ever had at GJ’s.Saturday afternoon 4 pm we ordered coffee and tried to choose food from the food on display.We were told they can’t heat anything because they’ve turned the oven off. They close at 5, so that’s BS. I used to own a takeaway and cooking was turned off gall hour before closing to allow cleanup.The young girl was lazy, absolutely no customer service skills, definitely not interested and shouldn’t have the job.We cancelled our coffee order and went a few shops further down where the service and food were excellent.NO WAY WOULD I EVER GO BACK TO THAT SHOP NOR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.WE SAW OTHER PEOPLE WALK OUT TOO.
