this place is the most Amazing delicious Tasting Burger that I have ever tasted so far on the Sunshine Coast and I am a Burger 🍔 man 😋 and I go around a lot of places and I love ❤️ my Hamburg’s but this beats them all plus it is Extremely Healthy to which I love ❤️Wheelchair accessibility: yes it is wheelchair ♿️ accessible 😊

Wow. I have not been to a Grill’d franchise for a few years. Popped in for an early dinner on the public holiday. Wife and I had the the Impossible burger. Best vegie burger I have had in my life. Incredible! Fantastic, friendly and fast service. Keep up the good work. :-)Recommended dishes

Just moved to the Sunshine Coast and I’ll always keep coming back to this Grill’d! Not only is their food always on point in every way, they also have staff members like Hannah! Somehow she manages to remember our family’s very complex order upon only hearing it once months ago. This level of service is mind blowing and is the kind of service that will get us always returning to the same restaurant regardless of convenience. You can always count on this Grill’d team to deliver the same consistent delicious taste cooked to perfection time and time again. Thank you to all the legends at Grill’d Sunshine Plaza and a huge mention again to Hannah for the first class service and attention to detail.

Yummy food. Lots of gluten free options suitable for a coeliac (celiac). Menu says gluten friendly but our super-sensitive family member has never had an issue eating at any of the Grill’d restaurants. Kids menu is great. They were very busy when we went on Sat night but staff were still great despite being busy.

Was overcharged with no apology, it was reasonably busy mainly with online takeaway orders it seems, the food took over half an hour and it was put into takeaway packaging when we had asked to eat in and was sat waiting at a table that we gave the number for at time of ordering. It seems every time we come to this restaurant the food is either substandard or staff unfriendly and disorganised. Not sure as we will return now as it’s been a few times in a row.

Very disappointing experience at this store. Inflexible and deliberately avoided honouring the hfc burger promo on Mother’s Day. Customer service is prob the worst I’ve experienced at a grill’d anywhere. Definitely need to pick their act up. Might be a cultural issue with the ownership/management of this store only.Food was pretty decent though.
