Awful experience today. Long time buyer and first time complainer. 2/3 of the orders I picked up were terrible. Sauces missing, hairs in burgers, dry patties with a clear mince texture rather than the patty being properly combined. Ended up eating the bun on its own it was so bad.

Gross! I always order Simon says from Shellharbour. First time ordering from Wollongong and it was a complete let down. My chicken was SO dry and over cooked it was disgusting but I wish that was the only problem, not only was the chicken dry but it was burnt so bad that literally all I could taste was ash and my burger bun was cooked to the point it just crumbled to dust when I bit into it. I spat it straight out. What a complete waste of money.

food is of good quality and flavour. sweet potato chips are delicious.service is relatively quick. staff helpful and generally friendly. is definitely a bit pricey for what you get and the chip servings are truly tiny.
