$6 for this… Weak effort guysAlso paid for lettuce in my burrito and it looks like you guys decided instead to just sprinkle a little on the top insteadAnd it seems to be filled with only rice…with light scattering of mince in one cornerI’m from Sydney and order gyg from a variety of places down there, regularly (go to treat foods)and you guys are nowhere near the standardResponse-So you don’t bother to do your job properly but I’m the one who’s meant to jump through hoops. I have reported the issue, you have acknowledged you’ve seen it and it is valid. Now it’s your job to send through this info to the right ppl, if you don’t have the ability to properly address it and they can contact me. Or you can continue to send robotic messages and fake sincerity (with zero intention of fixing the problem 🤷‍♀️)…. continue to do the bare minimum of your job, like the employee at your store making the food

Hey guys, I’m a big fan of GYG but last night me and my partner were incredibly sick after eating dinner here. Might come down to personal hygiene and washing hands regularly. I’ve eaten here many times and the foods usually been awesome so it’s most likely a one off-busy night but please, please be mindful of hygiene. Even in busy periods it’s so important as it has put us out for a day now and no one wants to be sick.

Guzman y Gomez – Townsville Central is a phenomenal dining experience, whether you get take away or eat in. To say they are the perfect Mexican restaurant is an understatement. They are THE PERFECT RESTAURANT. It is hard to describe to an unlucky individual who has yet to experience the unmatched culinary handy word that is performed daily by a GYG chef. My best attempt would most definitely fall short.Just go try it (get one of the salsas that used to be at the salsa station)

I would give a zero if I could. Lettuce was stale, chicken was undercooked and the whole bowl was just a mess. No sauces, no napkins, nothing – just vibes. I remembered it being pretty good back in the day but seems they have fallen off terribly. Won’t be eating there again.

Ordered takeaway few times over the last few months and can clearly see that the food quality is declining. In today’s enchiladas I had undercooked rice and burnt chicken, corn chips were soggy and guacamole looked mushy and not fresh. I’m a bit disappointed with my today’s experience.

Enjoyed $5 coronas!!! Cheapest place to drink in town and can sit there and order some corn chips as a snack. Spent a few nights enjoying Guzmans, love the chicken enchilada but the filling was a bit stingy then what I’ve had at other shops. Would definitely recommend Guzman.

We had quesadillas, chips , slow cooked beef bowl, burrito, and unfortunately none of them had any flavour, very bland. Corona beer was good for 5$,the dine in environment is pretty chill though. won’t be back for food, maybe for beer.
