I bought the Gaytime and Tropical Mango Cake for $8.50 each and they were beautiful in flavour and technically stunning little patisserie items. The gaytime had the same flavour as the icecream and the tropical mango had 2 separate zingy tastes inside which was delightful to look at. I won’t spoil it for you with the photos I sent my Melbourne friends. I think the people of Wagga are very lucky to have the opportunity to buy these freshly made. Way cheaper than what I’d pay for this quality in Melbourne. So nice to go to a country bakery on our travels where unfortunately most of the bakeries offer big is better is cheaper is factory made premixes and very heavy in the guts.
