Had to wait 35 minutes for two coffees and nearly an hour for breakfast. Food arrived with no cutlery, and we then had to queue to request some, which took another five minutes.Food was cold by this time, but that aside, the bacon and toast were burnt regardless.Appreciative they are not a Maccas, the ‘25 minute’ wait sign was not accurate at all, even for the coffees! When we arrived, we also had to grab our own high chair for our son from under a counter, which also wasn’t clean, and plates were left dirty on the tables outside.A few other people complained too, and the guy behind the counter called one customer something inappropriate as the customer left. When we left, queues were out the door yet they still kept taking orders, despite not being able to keep up.Unprofessional and poor service unfortunately. Wasted both our time and money here, and definitely do not recommend.
We got the big breakfast and the egg and bacon roll special. Loved the honey bird coffee and the chilli hot chocolate. Thanks guys!!
We were a group of 9. Half of our group finished their food before the other meals arrived. 70 minute wait time. Drinks also took about 30 minutes. Some people who arrived after us ate and left before our food was served. In saying that there are no complaints with the food everything was well cooked and really enjoyable. Front house staff was friendly they just need to work on their time. With only 2 cooking maybe they need to reconsider their operating rhythym. We ordered burgers, scrambled eggs and some pancakes. Reasonably priced.
Had a real chicken burger! What a scrumptious juicy and crispy patty with the freshest vegetables and a mouthwatering sauce!😃 great coffee and great staff with great smiles. The hostess had made fresh gnocchi in basil pesto sauce which was delightful.
Had to wait nearly an hour for pancakes and bacon/eggs with sausage on toast. Place was not busy, with maybe 6-8 other people there. After 50-60 minutes, food arrived which was overcooked. Sausage was a standard woolies brand type, despite costing $4 to add. Had to request cutlery after two plates were given with only one set.In summary they were slow, food was too pricy for what it was and cooked badly. Coffee not bad though.
Very very disappointing. Have been many times and thought highly of this establishment in the past. Ordered 2 extra shot coffees, only 1 had extra shot. Ordered 2 big breakfasts – not (a child would easily get through this)…..hash brown missing off 1, they come with 1 tiny bit of toast (not enough for 2 eggs). Eggs undercooked (cold), in fact whole breakfast was cold.
A girlfriend & I came in for Saturday brunch catch ups & we highly recommend. The tables along the wall are a little cramped by still very comfortable. This cosy place offers a wide menu option, we were spoilt for choice. We loved admiring the indoor plants & the beautiful mural on the backwall that decorated the cafe.Service was fast & friendly.Gluten free desserts/slices available. We will be back another time of day to try out other items on the menu.
