Nice friendly staff warrant two stars. We were told to wait in a bay for the food to arrive which I wrongly thought would at least be freshly cooked. Both the burgers and French fries were cold and substandard. Obviously had been in the food warmer for a time. Unfortunately the food didn’t warrant a score. We have had much better elsewhere. Not doing the company justice.

The new chicken burgers are good. These were a bit messy and the chips were a bit stiff and stodgy but overall the taste was good. The girl that served us was very polite and efficient. I was annoyed that we had to wait in the bay for so long as we were in a hurry.

Your usual Hungry Jack’s experience. Nice and clean. Phone chargers were a nice touch. We went in not long after 11am on a Wednesday and ordered for a family of 5. Quite a wait for food considering we were the only customers in there at the time.

Normally drive thru is quite good but tonight 6/9/2022 service was very slow and when i arrived home over 16kms to discover i had the wrong order. To far and not enough petrol to return to get right order. It was not busy. Very disappointed as usually quite good. The girl at the service window was pleasant, but seemed a bit flustered .

Came in about 10am for a bite to eat. Only two staff working. Service very slow and food not hot. Need to do better.
