The left lane speaker doesn’t work so I sat there for a few minutes waiting. Had to reverse back out the driveway and try the other lane. Ordered a large meal. Got about 10 chips. Don’t waste your time

the staff at this store are great. they all sound really happy to be there and give great fast service. they’re quite busy, so a wait on my food was really not anything to stress about, but they provided it hot and fresh. it was out standing. I came through the drive through around lunch today and the two girls at the windows were amazing, a brunette and a blonde, both managers by the uniforms i think. the food was great and my coffee was amazing, you could barely tell it was from a fast food place. absolutely will visit again

Just ordered a large triple whopper meal deal with a chocolate shake instead of a soft drink. Not a terribly complicated order you would think but I was presented with a chocolate shake that had melted to the point is was no longer digestible & recieved a double whopper with no tomato, no pickles & a mountain of onion. NOT WHAT I ORDERED!I’m done. No more hungry jacks for me as this is not the 1st time that this particular franchise has stuffed up my order.If you can’t hire competent staff I would suggest closing it down.Ok, I know I said no more hungries but gave it one more try & I really need to find a quiet corner & smack myself up the side of the head for going back. Have a good look at this garbage

I usually use drive thru and it’s always an easy experience. The menu is on display at the ordering box so I can see what is being featured. I have fussy children so I often ask if one thing can be substituted for something else and it’s never a problem.Orders are filled promptly and the whole process never lasts more than 3 minutes which is just the way I like it.Good job guys 😉

Try to order at the kiosk 3 time didn’t work but still charged me the price of the food I ordered…Talked to the manager apparently my monney should be on it’s way back but how can it take one second to charge you but 24h to refund.pretty disapointing .And I’m still hungry my dear Jack my have to go to Mc donald to get what I’m paying for…

Everytime I have been through drive through I have had to goto the waiting bay. Waited and finally got my meal and half of it was missing. I would of thought having to wait so ling would have ment they at least got my order right.

Burgers without lettuce and tomato just don’t taste the same. Plus considering we got less the burgers should have been discounted during the time they couldn’t provide what was on their menu
