A little bit hectic environment, not great if you want a quiet meal but the food is delicious. They bring it out rapidly, in waves but the service is prompt and the servers are courteous. The ramen is delicious as were the entrees. Would definitely eat here again. Located near a bustling food court and expect a wait.

Very busy so be prepared to queue if going with 3 or more. The ramen was a bit on the strong side, the Classic ramen is lighter in flavour if you don’t like it salty. I recommend the specials since you get a lot of toppings, it was pretty good! and there’s a little sesame shaker, pepper, chilli oil and soy sauce so you can adjust your flavours to your liking. The noodles were perfectly cooked. Reasonably priced. I would go again if in the area!

Great ramen place in Sydney!Char sui pork was soft and tasty, the egg was nicely half-boiled and soup was super rich. The floor staff were friendly so I could enjoy Japanese dinner :)You can not split the bill. So you may need to prepare a bit if you go there with a group.

Great ramen place in the city! The bonito tonkotsu was rich and had a nice umami flavour, and the shiromashu had a more subtle/lighter flavour but was still really tasty! The noodles were also very good, they had a nice chew without being too hard (we didn’t customise the hardness)The only downside was the pork loin chashu. Except for some more fatty ones that my partner had, they were dry and hard (I personally couldn’t eat them). As sides, we had takoyaki and gyozas which we both recommend; they were both great!Overall, if you don’t mind the meat not being the best, this is a place worth trying. I would recommend to come early though as the queue can get quite long.

PRICING:Classic Ramen: around 18-19 AUSPork Bun: 6 AUSGyoza (Japanese Dumplings): 12 AUS for 10 piecesJapanese Green tea: iced 4 AUS/ hot 2 AUSThe hot green tea bag is from Uji. Uji us a Japanese city south of Kyoto, known for its shrines and templesOVERVIEW:The classic ramen has a concentrated soup base and rich in taste. It’s the authentic ramen as it has black fungus, bean sprouts, spring onions, half pieces of soft boiled egg and two grilled pork pieces. You can choose soft/medium/hard/very hard noodle qualities. The pork bun has the soft bread and a grilled pork belly with mayonnaise.Overall comments: nice staff, reasonable price and authentic Japanese ramen shop.Thins to improve: the soup base is a bit salty although it’s rich overall. The pork bun is a bit cold.

Honestly one of the nicest dining experiences I have had in recent times, with an incredible interior design and ambience. The seating is also unique and rather luxurious-feeling. But most importantly, the food and service was superb. A new go-to when in sydney for sure
