Dined in for breakfast with a group of 18 after a family get together the manager allowed us to take over a section of the cafe and rearrange the seating to accommodate us which was greatly appreciated.The food was fantastic everybody enjoyed their meals and even though we were are large group we all received our meals quicklyHighly recommend this venueThanks heaps to the management and staff especially as they were short staffed today for making the start if our day so easy and enjoyable

Had large cappuccino. Smooth and not bitter. So nice went back 60 minutes later and got another one. I didn’t eat there, so can’t comment on food. Girl behind counter could have been a bit more smiley?

I visited Jamaica Blue at Tamworth this morning (Saturday morning). I ordered corn fritters then after ordering noticed that they were pre made fritters that were stored in a display cabinet and just reheated. I immediately asked within a minute of ordering if I could change my order and was told it was too late. When my food came out the “fritters” tasted bland, floury and soggy as though they were microwaved. The “smashed avo” came out in a tiny plastic container and was watery and tasteless. I did not eat any of my meal besides tasting it. I politely explained to the waitress that my meal was of very poor quality and asked if I could change it for a piece of toast. I was told that it was too bad and nothing could be done. I cannot believe this extremely poor level of customer service received. I, nor the group I was with, will not be returning to Jamaica Blue.

Quiche of the day was salmon and leek. Was quite nice except for the piece of egg shell in it. Coffee was ok but tasted slightly burnt. Service initially was good but when meal was bought out by I think the manager; she was quite abrupt. Perhaps just having an off day?

Over cooked eggs over cooked hash brown…worst coffee I have ever been served.. small portions over priced, poor service.. the entire table left hungry and disappointed.

Terrible, terrible service. I have never had a worst experience with customer service.We got yelled at because we were going to sit in the wrong place,We ordered 2 big breakfast and when we received our order sorry no hash browns. OK this happened. We finished our meal and had our second cup of coffee each we were finishing when the same waitress comes to take our plates, as she informs us “we need this table” and takes our 3/4 full cup of coffee away from us. We spent $60 and leave before we had even half finished our coffee. I actually had to chase her to kitchen to get our coffee back.
