Quite KFC. Not that much busy with customers but online delivery. Drive through. Washroom also available. Same menu as other kfc. Kids working there were good.

Wow is the the best word to describe the service at this restaurant. 11 minutes standing at the counter waiting to be served, gave up in the end and walked out.While it was a busy time just after 7pm on a Saturday night I would have thought that acknowledging that you are there waiting would’ve been courteous. But I imagine it all goes to the training that the young workers receive from the company, that if you ignore the problem it will magically disappear.Don’t go there at this time on Saturday if you’re hungry.

About a fortnight ago I walked in here.I literally had to step on crunched up & squished food on the floor at the front counter to order. It was just after 10am. Food on the floor throughout the restaurant (mainly popcorn chicken & chips). Bins were full & literally overflowing. Obviously no cleaning done overnight given the time they open & the amount of mess/rubbish there was left. There was no line up in drive through. I was the only customer, so there is no reason a staff member shouldn’t of been sweeping up the food, wiping the counter or emptying the bins. I didn’t even eat my meal. The place looked & felt UNSANITARY. Disgusted & shocked to walk into an establishment for food that looked like that. I’d expect that from MacDonalds but you outdid yourselves there.

The service was excellent and requests for a burger without mayonnaise was met. You may have to wait longer for food on a Friday night but at least you won’t leave hungry with fulfilling meals. The recent combination of cabbage with lettuce was very welcome and I hope it stays!

Terrible service!It took 40 minutes to get a Twister & 6 Nuggets.While the Twister was being prepared (I think they had to go & grow the salad items for it, it took so long!!!) the Nuggets were left out on a cold bench, just in the scrunched up paper bag. I asked uf they’d been sitting on that bench (for 30 minutes!) while waiting for the Twister. She initially turned like she was going to put them back in the warmer then threw the bag containing the Nuggets in the (overflowing) rubbish bin, before replacing the cold Nuggets with hot ones.There didn’t appear to be any staff over 18 in sight. If there was an adult manager, he/she wasn’t assisting or keeping a visual on the service area.The young staff member did apologise for the delay when we finally got our food.There were a maximum of 10 customers in the store during that 40 minutes.

We arrived at KFC at 6.05pm. Put in an order no 715. 40 minutes later we still had not received our order. My son spoke to the manager after we left the store with part of our order he explained how dissatisfied we were with the service. We were part of a group of 13 people who planned to order our tea and eat it before going to the circus. The others in the group did not even get any food. The poor girl server was on her 1st shift and was doing her best but couldn’t cope with the pressure. The obvious plan was to serve menu log meals first ahead of in store customers . Overall your service wasn’t up to standard and your planning for busy periods was woeful.

Ordered delivery and they left half the order on the counter (they told me when I called them) but said they couldn’t deliver it now. The part of the order we did receive was mostly wrong. When I asked for a refund they only partially refunded which was so strange as we were entitled to a refund for all the food we didn’t receive. KFC head office never replied to my complaint either.
