Waited 12 minutes before getting to order, but the staff were clearly overwhelmed and doing their best. Area manager/corporate needs to allow the store to switch off delivery (menu log and uber eats) orders when the shop is under that much pressure. It’s unfair on the delivery drivers, the walk in customers and the staff.

Tuesday special is only one thing can buy in here. Very slow service, order 9 for 9.95 chicken need to wait for minutes…? Especially I already ordered online. If I still have to wait, why I preordered online? Food quality just soso…..

Bad Bad Bad. Arrived at 7.45 for a dinner enroute. The restaurant was empty with plenty of staff on however they more interested in chatting to each other rather than on the food which we waited over 10 minutes for , only to have the chips served cold. Could not even be bothered to bring the meal to our table, which like the other tables had not been cleared or cleaned Bad attitude from the staff, bad meal all round bad experience. Would never stop again
