Average price for decent food but not impressed with given takeaway sauces for dine in also those sauces were on food plates touching the cooked food!The seating arrangements quiet awkward the restaurant pretty spacious but table for 2 sort of in the corner and the seating arrangements kinda different then usual places!Customer service is okay can be improvedWe went for Friday night early dinner!Will try again for dine in but heard and read few delivery/takeaway reviews not really good management should look into that!Overall will give another try !

Dinner was delicious- oysters always the go to.Service was friends and nothing was every an issue – even our loud kids playing down in the corner doing their special colouring in!Thanks Acacia for your perfect service, you were very accommodating and knowledgeable with your menu.

Friendly and attentive service, lovely large and tasty meals (too big for me – so was able to take it home). The atmosphere is great too and there is a large dining area upstairs (good to know for future events). Would definitely come back when we are in town next!

Had a table of 9, early booking 5.30pm. First 4 of us arrived and were seated quickly and drinks order taken….rest of family arrived. 15 minutes later we pretty much flagged down a staff member who took out order for food and balance of diners drinks. 2 of us ordered pizza which arrived reasonably promptly. The remainder 7 meals came out staggered. Half of us finished and last meal arrived. No plates cleared or asked again for drinks. No ask for dessert and coffee. Meals were average at best. Won’t be back

1000/10 stars!! Food was phenomenal and the service was fantastic!! Would definitely recommend. Staff was in for a great banter. They deserve a raise! Especially on a public holiday.

I believe in customer service. I was a purchasing manager and have more customer service in my little finger than the young lady and the manager at Shepparton today.I had a doordash delivery, the steak was cold, side of mashed potatoes and the gravy was missing. I rang the restaurant and all the manager could say was “it through doordash nothing I can do”. It’s a rare time when I can afford $55 for a special meal. Completely disappointed !!

Fabulous customer service!My husband & I got pizzas delivered from Menulog and they were a mess on delivery due to driver’s fault.Not even La Porchetta’s problem but they made fresh ones free of charge and were so understanding and it was no trouble for them at all.Fantastic management and helpful employees! Thank you!
