First-time ordering in Bendigo. Really busy when I got there. Usually a good sign. Service very friendly and efficient (SMS when the food is ready). Unfortunately, we found tge carbonara bland and lacking flavour- needed extra parmesan or some black pepper. The lasagne was nice. The Mexican pizza was ok, but a bit heavy on the cheese.

Top quality pizza and worth a crack!5/5 stars but I wish they would expand their delivery range because I know we would get it more often if we could order delivery. But very good nonetheless and well worth a visit

Decent prices for beautifully created food. I’m a big boy and after 3 slices of the Mexican deep dish I was full. The pizza was well made and had the right quality of everything Taste, Smell ,weight and food. The only thing that didn’t agree was shredded ham ,Bacon this seems to be the usual Me personally I like slices . So when your in Bendigo and near centre Square give Lucianos a ring

I used to live around the corner from this pizza place in 2016-17 was one of the best if not the best in town then! Ate pizzas from here on Sunday Arvo. Could not believe what I had paid for! The pizzas where thin, could not even see what was on them, and I’m pretty sure they gave me the wrong pizzas. I ordered a chicken pizza, that had no chicken on it. And an Aussie pizza, and received a pineapple pizza. Disappointed as dominoes would have been my first choice if I had known this. 😥 Very disappointed… Would not recommend this place, would not recommend dominoes either! Do what I do, make your own pizzas at home, I do the kids love them! And costs way less for two large, a garlic bread, and a 1.25. 👍👍👍

Ordered pizza meal deal at 6.30pm didn’t get my pizza until 8.20pm…then I copped an abusive phone call from the manager arguing that my online order didn’t get to them toll just before 8pm. I was a long time customer and loved the pizzas but didn’t appreciate being shouted over while explaining my situation. Order elsewhere if you want kind prompt service.

Ordered a pizza online tonight for delivery only to receive a text saying order ready instore. This was confusing so I rang to ask what it’s about to have my call taken by Juliette the owner who proceeded to tell me that someone rang earlier stating my address had changed it to pick up. I insisted I had not made such a call and was concerned my details had been been shared improperly. Juliette became dismissive and rude, not bothering to hear my concern and tried to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. She was condescending calling me “darl” which I did not appreciate as I am a paying customer not a mate at the pub. In future, be more respectful when a customer calls to tell you something is not right, especially when they think their privacy has been breached. Edit-when the pizza was delivered I asked the driver to pass on some feedback only to be met with utter disdain and again being dismissed as she claimed to have been present when i made the enquiry. She was lippy and absolutely disgusting. Not an ounce of professionalism. Gobsmacked and disappointed. These people need a good dose of Gordon Ramsay
