My partner and I had dinner last night. Amazing experience. Fantastic service from wait staff. Very professional and knowledgeable about the menu and wines. Great ambience and very spacious. Food was 10/10. I highly recommend dining here.

Wanted to try something a bit different to celebrate a rather long year. We ordered the set meal and was really impressed with each course. Some great and unexpected combination of flavours and everything perfectly executed. It was really a highlight of the year.

I came here for my 22nd birthday with some friends and it was such a great experience. Our waitress Anna was so sweet and so were all of the other staff! the food was super tasty and plated beautifully and the whole place looked so pretty. I’d love to come here again if i get the chance 🙂

London Vibe type of restaurant, Gorgeous old-school Barrister Equity chambers fit-out with stunning vintage lifts. So much history was preserved and its such a delight to see a Melbourne building preserved & incorporated into a lovely restaurant with such modern day facilities.Waiter staff were friendly but did lack remembering which dish went to who in our larger group. Food was nice in an Italian fine-dining sort of way. Portions are small. However I would visit again just because we can’t travel internationally and this restaurant is closest thing to a London/Milan vibe we have right now in Melbourne.

Located on the ground floor within the Hilton hotel is a large dining hall with bright white interior and high ceiling. Dined here and had the five course menu which include the following:- Limoncello spritz; very refreshing sparkling lemon drink, the ice barely melted keeping the drink chilled throughout the meal which was a surprise- Baked olive focaccia; nice warm bread with a hint of herb flavour, tasty with the olive oil- Smoked beetroot; very interesting combination of sweetness and textures, especially the ice chilled cream coated with macadamia nuts- Pork belly; very tender and was easy to cut through crispy skin. Great pairing with the savory black pudding and the sweet caramelised onion and poach pear- Linguine; prawn was fresh, spicier than expected with the nduja and chili but was tasty and flavourful with the hint of lemon zest- Dry aged duck breast; tender and meaty with a slightly crispy skin; the savoriness was balanced with a creamy celeriac puree and a slightly sweet and tangy red cabbage- Witlof salad; refreshing with a burst of citrus flavour- Valronha Manjari delice; very rich tasty dark chocolate cream/mousse. Would be even better with some fruity component to balance the sweetnessOverall a great dining experience; nice atmosphere with friendly staffs and delicious food. Only minus was the wait time between each course even though it wasn’t very busy. Would recommend chef’s selection menu for single diners.

Me and my partner enjoyed our dinner so much!! food is good with vegetable sides only downsize the menu is limited and small portion size, cozy quiet ambience, luxe high ceiling design, super friendly staffs especially Kyan, May and Vin who took their time to explain everything to us. We ordered lemon meringue as dessert to complete our meal and it very very delicious and wonderful memorable night for us ❤️❤️❤️
