Some of the best seafood Sydney has to offer. I am never disappointed by a meal at Manta. Fresh, interesting and flavoursome food.The scallop ceviche and tuna tartare were light zesty starters.The Balmain Bug pasta was excellent as a main, the Bug was still tender and complimented nicely by the well seasoned pasta sauce. The pasta was perfectly Al dente making the entire dish very moorish.The fries with truffle and Parmesan are a crowd favourite. If you have room I would highly recommended ordering a serve.My only regret was not leaving enough room for dessert…
