Rarely visit Mecca’s, but do enjoy their coffee and needed to escape the heat of Townsville.Was served by a super friendly lad as I didn’t want to order digitally? 🤣Yummy toasting and deliciously hot coffee.Although sad to say, was hard to find a clean table to sit at.This was lunchtime and not busy, only 1 other couple before me, so no excuse to have dirty tables.Picture is of nice flowers outside Maccas.

They can’t get an order right to save their lives.. I’ve had staff at the window to ask me to count the cash im paying with… how many times do you have to go back to get the stuff they didn’t put in your in your order like they have one job and still mess it up so many times.. double check the orders before you give them out hold your staff to better standards I literally watched 2 guys working tonight laughing at the fact they messed up orders an not being able to simply put nuggets in the box without breaking the box.. wake up an sort your staff out.. absolutely ridiculous!!

Every single time I go to this macca’s late at night. I get hit with “ we are doing a system update” this has happened multiple times and it’s only ever happened at this Macca’s. Never heard this excuse before at any other macca’s. Sounds like a load of s*** to me.
