I made an order through Deliveroo and I don’t care how busy you are with orders, or how late the driver is. To have food sitting out for over an hour – bag not even folded shut, and to still send it out stone cold. Disgusting! And we all thought Figtree was hopeless!

Worst burger I have ever had at MacDonald’s in Wollongong centre. The burger was the Aussie Angus burger. It was sloppy a tiny bit off beetroot hardly any lettuce. The burger was a mess the guts of the burger was outside the bun. I threw it away they killed it with the sauce and Mayo the guts was sliding out of the bun. Did not look like the picture advertised. Get your act together I will not buy this burger again.There is nothing Aussie about this burger

Absolute rubbish from service at the front counter to receiving my food, fillet o fish was completely flipped inside box cheese on top of bun and fish not even cooked returned and didn’t ask for another won’t ever step foot at crown Central McDonald’s again heard they were bad but this was terrible

Of course being a McDonald’s it was busy, but that’s ok… it WAS lunchtime, not that much to say really apart from I got my order and leftService was pretty good for the time of day and no worries about the food… maybe overdid it on the salt though.. otherwise all 👍

The website says 0730 openings, but it doesn’t open until 0800. One of the workers said it had changed, recently. With a web-based system surely those changes could have been amended, almost, immediately?Given the resources of MacDonalds,’ surely, your online department could have rectified something as important as opening hours sooner. Service, itself was very good. No fault attached to your workers.
