9 out of 10 times you go here, order is incorrect. 10/10 times order is cold because the order is made then it takes another 10 minutes to make standard soda drinks, then another 5 minutes before someone’s even calls the number out. Machines are constantly broken. Workers are rude for no reason. Place is never clean.

Constantly serving stale chips. I could just feed those to my dog no problem. Than my girlfriend gets a burger with a peel off lid inside it. This macdonalds is a joke. It’s worth driving to either of the other macdonalds in Tamworth.Not once has north macdonalds gotten our order correct or fresh.

We popped in for a cappuccino and hot apple pie after a Sunday drive. The coffee was beautiful!! Best cappuccino I have ever had at a McDonald’s restaurant. The restaurant was very clean. Staff delivered to our table. Well done 👏Parking: Plenty of parking.

Clean and friendly, but very basic supplies. 5pm, No serviettes unless you asked for, behind back bench. My chicken burger deluxe was like a left over lunch: cold, hard and dry. Two bites, then couldn’t swallow any more. Hash browns were hot and good. Disappointing how basic presentation is now. Not likely to return. Sue

I cannot believe how BAD this McDonalds was. Forgot half my order and then when I pointed that I was missing things I had to wait for the items, then the rest of my order was cold. I am sure similar happened to others waiting as well because a few people went back to the counter. No serviettes put in bag and none available in the restaurant to get yourself 😡

Four customers in store when we arrived, yet our order managed to arrive cold, and missing several items (they had, apparently, run out but it seems that nobody thought to tell us even though we had paid for the missing items).Even had to go to the counter to request the toys for the happy meals.

This is the worst Maccas I have ever been to! The ordering machines are frequently broken. The staff frequently get orders wrong or forget to give you things like cutlery. Then when you go to the counter to ask for assistance there is never anyone there and you just stand there waiting for ages. When you do get served the majority of the staff are rude and unhelpful. They have a way of making me feel like I am putting them out by being a customer! From now on, I will be visiting other MacDonalds in town.
