A pleasant place to come for lunch. My husband and son couldn’t finish the burger and chips. Both enjoyed them. I had the Mediterranean salad which was tasty. This venue holds a liquor licence too, so beer/wine or tea/coffee with lunch. A nice make over of what used to be the Johnny Mac pub.

While visiting Wagga, we enjoyed our lunch so much that we went back for breakfast! They make their own brioche rolls and can recommend their burgers and bacon and egg rolls! Fresh orange juice was also delicious! Very friendly staff.

Amazing coffee and fruit slice. Friendly staff. I rode up to the window and didn’t even need to get off my bike. Though there were plenty of outdoor tables if I wanted to use one!

What can I say.. Very disappointing, the table was sticky, the chairs were filthy,not to mention the toilets were a disgrace. From the outside it looks really nice and the decor was nice and up to date but the cleanliness let it down.. The meals my partner and I had were quite nice and the staff were friendly. They just need to improve on their cleanliness

Went to this restaurant for breakfast. I wanted an egg and bacon on a bread roll. Was told they only have brioche rolls, was offered sourdough bread but again I didn’t want sour dough as I have recently been to the dentist. They sell bread rolls in a pack of 6 but I only want 1 as I am only here for the day to attend a funeral. Is it too much to ask for Normal bread roll or sandwich, obviously it is here.

We had stayed at the accommodation upstairs and the recommended and gave a discount here. We decided to get coffee and then hit the road. Was Easter Monday morning and there weren’t a great deal of customers. We waited nearly 25 minutes for 3 coffees and a hot chocolate. The most annoying part was the wait was because anyone who was local jumped the queue and got their order filled first. I get that regulars are important to a business, but so is good service to any customer. And to make matters worse the coffee was terrible.

Melbas never fails to deliver! Great food with lots of options for breakfast and lunch. Staff are friendly and obliging and nothing is ever too much trouble. Excellent coffee, made just the way I like it. A favourite cafe of mine
