Very very average breakfast. Based on the breakfast menu and high prices, the restaurant presents like it’s going to be a high quality breakfast, but this wasn’t so. All four people at the table had poached eggs. All four sets of eggs were over cooked and hard boiled. Ordered sides that never came. The avocado seemed like it was from a tube and not fresh. Our waiter was nice but she needed more training. Most of our breakfasts cost close to $30 per person. Happy to pay that if the food reflects the price – not the case here. Wouldn’t go back unfortunately.

Best food I’ve ever had in Brisbane. The John’s Flank is to, literally, to die for. Best steak in Brisbane. The ‘Carrot’ was incredible as well and had the best sauce. So happy I came here for me and the misses anniversary, the staff was lovely and food was divine. Would rate 10 stars if I could, the Mews will see me back soon. 🙂

Five stars from me. When I dine out I like to eat food that I don’t cook at home. Polpetta is an Italian restaurant that offers more than just pasta. We started with the beetroot risotto, absolutely delicious. Mains, slow cooked lamb shoulder, with rostered carrots and fennel,could not fault it. My husband had flank steak…cooked to perfection, just delicious.Would definitely recommend, nice place, atmosphere and the location at vibrant Howard Smith wharves. Do try.

This restaurant was beyond amazing! The staff were so helpful, the venue is gorgeous and the food is out of this world!We had the zucchini flowers, Brisbane bugs, the lamb and the Jackson pullock desert and it was one of the best meals Ive ever eaten! 10/10 on every aspect and a must visit in Brisbane.

Very poor and limited menu. Small portions.The pasta dishes are all pasta and and very little of ingredientsOver priced and poor V4M. They even had to raid hotel minibars to stock beer selection. Staff un-attentive, we waited 5 mins outside in rain before any acknowledgement. Will not be returning.
