Julie Martin Usually come here as we love the battered fish, but unfortunately this time we ate more oil then fish. They need to drain properly. I was holding a bit of fish with oil running down my hands. It was disgusting. Very disappointed as I have been looking forward to it. Also the staff weren’t as nice as they could have been. A little rude as I asked for no salt on my fish but because they forgot and added salt they made out it was already packed. Rubbish or they would have gave it to me then instead of my food sitting there for an extra 3 minutes going cold.

There are other seafood available too, like calamari, crab claw, to name a few. A pity that the sauces are not included in your meal and is a chargeable extra. Don’t worry about the sauces if you prefer your fish and chips with a zest from the lemon wedge, which of course, is included.
