If you wanted fast food well this is definitely not the place to go. Waited 40 minutes for one meal, and they forgot half of it and had to go up and wait another 10 minutes! We decided to dine in and were also seated right next to the toilets which stunk! Maybe use some glen 20 next time. The manager was also so so rude! I get it’s rush hour but he was yelling at customers and employees when they questioned him about anything. And the worst part a young gentleman who had a disability came in to hand in his resume and asked to chat with the manager and he was answered with another round of yelling and to come back when it’s not “effing busy”. Safe to say I’m never going back!

After waiting 30 mins for a pick up order, i asked staff to make the order ready, they attacked me for rushing my order. they couldn’t care less, They were rude and one of the girl made faces at me.

Extremely disappointed with the service today. I ordered pick up and was given a wait time of around 10 minutes.I waited for 25 minutes before I went to the counter to check my order. The staff ignored me as they rushed past me with orders for menulog drivers and other dine in customers for a further 5. When I finally caught someone’s attention, they picked up a bag from the counter. My order had been sitting there going cold and no one bothered to called out the name of the finished order. This nandos is understaffed, disorganized and felt unsafe. Lots of creepos hanging around too.Will not be returning!!!

Very chilled out place with a nice outdoor seating area for 4 tables. The quality of food is the per usual but the service was much better than the usual city ones.
