I don’t think the images I took do justice to the food because my goodness, the food is just absolutely stunning. Delicious. Worth every penny. And the service (despite them being understaff because it was a busy night) was just beyond satisfying – they were gold. Hospitality at its best. Friendly, warm, welcoming, efficient. I really can’t fault them, at all. If I could give the team, the food, the service more than 5 stars here, I would. 10 stars for each category.So get down there. Experience it for you, bring your family and your friends. Heck, bring your neighbours and colleagues. It’s the perfect place for celebrations and for a large group who wants to enjoy amazing food and company. Even a memorable date is recommended at Nostimo Restaurant Bar. Was heading through brisbane, was craving Greek food and this place came up on Google. We got the lamb and chicken lunch special. I have to say it was some of the best food I’ve had in a very looooong time. The chicken and lamb were cooked perfectly! The Greek salad was delicious, tomatoes that actually had flavour! And they actually give you a decent serve of tzatziki, not just a little speck on the side. But the chips, omg when was the last time you actually had crisp chips? I’ll be dreaming about these chips for years. Great value for the lunch special. This place will become a must on any of my trips through Brissy.

Thank you for always making every celebration and casual dinner/lunch PERFECT Alex, you have been so attentive, efficient and hospitable during your well over ten year tenure at the Greek Club (why we always come back). From the second we walked in the staff were so hospitable, and down to earth, attentive with our orders as I can be very particular, and communication prior to the event was thought by Alex down to every last detail as always, thank you Alex! Food was outstanding as always even considering how busy it was last night the calamari and halloumi chips were divine full of authentic flavours. The slow cooked lamb a favourite with everyone along with the Greek salads breads made us feel like we were back in Greece for the night. Great atmosphere as always with the live Greek music. We now have friends who have told us how impressed they were and can’t wait to go back! If you are wanting the ideal place to bring friends for a great traditional vibe with an added bonus of amazing Greek food look no further!!!

We used the private dining room available to patrons of Nostimo and found it to be a good experience. Conversations were able to be private and any laughter or noise was contained so as not to disrupt the wider room. The delivery of the entrees was a little slow but that would be my only criticism. The banquet selection was well cooked and very tasty. The staff were very friendly and helpful to all. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Nostimo to anyone looking for a relaxed place for lunch.

Once seated it took awhile for someone to take our order. Food was nice but seemed like they were short staffed as we ordered a drink which they forgot about and then when i asked for the drinks menu to order a hot drink after dinner they gave us the food menu and never came back to take my drink order. When we went to pay we had to wait 10 minutes and when my husband said he wants to pay to the senior male waiter who walked passed twice he put his finger up and said just wait a minute No apology for the wait or even asked how our dinner was and just took our money. They seemed to be busy with a function out the front and not enough coverage to the public customers. Our waitress was nice but seemed a little stressed. Nice food but lacked a good standard of customer service.
