This was our first visit to Operation Underground after having been loyal supporters of The Front Room, Matt’s previous venture. We were therefore keen to indulge in his new passion.This is indeed a very relaxed, mellow environment and, while there, noticed a couple of other patrons curled up with books. As mentioned by fellow reviewers, this is a great space to unwind, study and more.Our coffee and chai latte were both very good, as were the Pear & Ricotta tart and Orange & Almond cake that ended proceedings.Overall, if you crave a quality cuppa and pastry treat, give Operation Underground a go.

By far up there with the best coffee in Hervey Bay, topped off with incredible customer service and couches.Our dog loves meeting other dogs here and getting daily pats too 🤣 Highly recommend.
