The sushi felt super fresh when ordered. I’d recommend looking at the menu and letting the server know what you’d like. Food comes faster and fresher.Albeit a large part is the conveyor belt experience. There were not as many people the time we went, so belt food was limited, for good reason.Staff was really helpful and nice though.

We are visiting Cairns from Brisbane and we’re really craving sushi. After our quick Google search, we decided to go to Orient Express sushi and we were so glad we did. The sushi was fresh and delicious. Really generous serving size as well. My partner and I were thinking about that cheesy chicken plate all afternoon, it was our favourite. The staff is super lovely too! Would 100% recommend.
