I ordered the Full Rack Smokey BBQ Ribs from the Wagga Wagga branch for $25.00It was a great amount of food and tasted great! One of the best feeds I have had on the road, I 100% recommend it!The customer service was excellent in the store, I was greeted well and kept up to date on the progress of my order which was complete and ready to take away on time

If I could give less than one star, I would.Absolutely disgusted by my experience tonight. Ordered through MenuLog at 6:19pm. Called an hour later and was told a staff member put my order through as a pick up and had been completed for some time. It is finally delivered an hour and a half after I placed the order.Frustrating, but not the peak of disappointment.One mouthful into the pasta I ordered and I discover a hair within my meal. I am hugely disappointed and will not be a returning customer.

Had this three times. Sometimes the pizza is good, 4.5/5 sometimes the other end of the scale.Just had a Capricciosa, and it was basically a cheese pizza with a few olives. Was going to make it 3 star but don’t want to be too harsh.

Just don’t – 5 of us got food poisoning from here, very unwell for 3 days including having to postpone my wedding. Not at all recommended.Have tried to discuss with them and the manager said he didn’t think it could have been anything from here, didn’t even offer a refund let alone any sort of compensation.I was told the owner would call me but crickets. Avoid at all costsEdit: Given it was the only meal we all had together and we all got sick, hard to attribute it to anything else. Also, would have appreciated a follow through on the promise of a call from the owner.

I did an order on the app thinking they were still in Albany creek QLD. Once I submitted I realised it was NSW. I got hold of a store and they cancelled the order. They said they would speak to the owner about a refund. I waited, no contact or refund. I have called back half a dozen times and they confirmed I’m getting a refund or the owner will call you he knows. I haven’t had either. I spent $52 and had no food and terrible customer service. I think if someone calls so many times and speaks to staff and the owner has been informed that some action should be taken but I’m left to give up and lose my $52. Not the way to do business or manage customers.

Thoroughly disappointed, have ordered twice from here, and both times the large pizzas have been undercooked and incredibly soggy, some prawns in the pasta were uncooked and will update if food poisoning occurs, half rack of ribs were so small and came with soggy chips.

Best pizza in Wagga tried everyone else these guys are the best and the cheapest and good delivery time to.Have had 3 different orders over a 3 week period and haven’t disappointed.
