Average ice cream. I had Jaffa and chocolate brownie flavours and the chocolate was ok but Jaffa was kind of bland and artificial. Service quick and they do tastings. (Visited Sep 22)

I DO NOT RECOMMEND.Great ice-cream that has had us and our extended family coming back for years… however today is the last time we will ever step foot in your shop ever again. My 4 year old daughter and I went to your shop today for our ice-cream treat, only to walk in and find an elderly lady collapsed and unconscious on the floor. Within seconds, an ambulance arrived to assist the lady. My daughter and I rushed out of the store to give the lady privacy and allow the paramedics to do their job (which I thought was common courtesy). However, I was horrified to see that the store did not for even 1 minute shut the store or stop taking orders. People kept coming and going, ordering ice-cream, with complete disregard for this elderly unconscious lady on the floor and the paramedics who were trying to work on this lady. They couldn’t even bring their stretcher in because there was no room with the customers in the store! Absolutely disgusting behaviour by the public and the store. I will not be visiting your store again, because what if, heaven forbid, someone I love was to have a medical episode (for example) while in your store? Would they too be left on the floor unconscious while customers walk around them and order their ice-creams?! 👎

Tasty and creamy ice cream. I purchased a take home tub and the guy saw that I had a token for fish and chips next door and offered to keep it in the freezer for me until my dinner order was ready. Great customer service.

Fantastic range of flavours and friendly customer service. We had ‘Jaffa’ and ‘Rock Salt Caramel’ and both were amazing! We will definitely be back next time we’re in the Bay!

We have never seen such a big selection of icecreams. ( 3 large areas. about 50 flavours ).The flavours are tops.One of the best icream shops . Friendly staff.
