The girl serving us wasn’t very welcoming and told us we couldn’t sit down as they were closing in 30 minutes. Meanwhile when we went a second time she told us that they were closing in 10 minutes while we were seated although we weren’t planning to sit down and eat anyway. This is absolutely fine and we respected that but it felt very unwelcoming each time we had gone to get food.

I come here regularly as I work upstairs from them and ordered a bubble tea, the lady who served me was very rude, no greeting or anything, once i got my bubble tea it had barely any ice and was warm so i went back and asked if I could get more ice, she snatched it from me and fixed it up aggressively, spilling it everywhere then handed it back wet and dripping, as I walked away she says ‘ everyone is so rude today ‘ to her co-worker. I dont know what her problem is but horrible customer service and rude, especially when I was friendly and thanked them for my tea

Staff don’t know the menu very well. I got my usual order i get at their Sunshine Plaza location, Oolong brewed tea (as opposed to milk tea) with half sugar, half ice and tapioca pearls. The worker misheard me thinking i asked for milk tea so i corrected him in which he got quite defensive and rude. I had to point on the menu to the brewed section’s oolong tea, in which he snapped “next time ASK for that one”. Anyway now I recieve my tea and it looks quite milky? Also very bitter as opposed to the sunshine plaza r crane bubble tea’s oolong

Lovely staff and nice atmosphere. Ordered the taro milk tea and is the best one I’ve ever had and alone deserves 5 stars! The tonkotsu ramen was not bad but was a bit let down by the katsudon. Was still tasty but it resembled more of a chicken teriyaki flavour rather than the traditional crumbed pork/chicken fillet with egg and rice.
