I love the fried chicken, not greasy and more crispy than other chains like KFC. very good value for money especially the family meals.Spicy fried chicken are bit soggy.coleslaw salad are the best. their chips are alright.

We visit red rooster often however the last two times we have had a terrible experience. The chicken just ooozed and dripped out with oil and we went to dine in as we had two unsettled toddlers in the car. We asked prior to sitting as the chairs were on the tables while they were mopping we were told it was fine to do so. As we started eating our dinner we were told we had to leave due to the red rooster closing in an hour and they need to clean. When we told the guy that we asked if we can dine in he replied with “the girl is new she doesn’t know”. I think it’s unprofessional to kick a family out that just want to feed their children. They watched on as we packed up our kids meals while they cried, we ended up having our food in the carpark before we could continue to drive. I understand that they wanted to “clean up” but they should have been more understanding of the situation.
